Professional and Student Organizations

If you’re a student, remember that most professional organizations offer student memberships and that most CS departments maintain their own student organizations. You’ll also be able to access more specific resources within the aggregator tools below.

Conferences

  • Symposium on Logical Foundations Of Computer Science

    Deerfield Beach, Florida | January 4-7, 2016

The LFCS series provides an outlet for the fast-growing body of work in the logical foundations of computer science, e.g., areas of fundamental theoretical logic related to computer science.

  • Analytic Algorithmics and Combinatorics (ANALCO)

    Arlington, Virginia | January 11, 2016

The aim of ANALCO is to provide a forum for the presentation of original research in the analysis of algorithms and associated combinatorial structures. We invite both papers that study properties of fundamental combinatorial structures that arise in practical computational applications (such as permutations, trees, strings, tries, and graphs) and papers that address the precise analysis of algorithms for processing such structures, including: average-case analysis; analysis of moments, extrema, and distributions; probabilistic analysis of randomized algorithms, and so on.

  • International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC)

    San Francisco, CA | January 31-February 4, 2016

The IoE is creating unprecedented opportunities to fundamentally improve human life, while creating explosive growth in knowledge and wealth. Solid-state electronics serve as the foundation of IoE, including personal computing, smart sensors, intelligent networks, and data centers, all of which have solid-state circuits and systems at their core. Power-efficiency and security are two key challenges for the future growth of IoE. ISSCC 2016 is seeking innovations in both circuits and systems to further advance IoE to enrich human life.

  • DeveloperWeek

    San Francisco, CA | February 12-18, 2016

DeveloperWeek 2016 is San Francisco’s largest tech event series with over 60 week-long events including the DeveloperWeek 2016 Conference & Expo, DevOps Summit, WebRTC Summit, LearnToCode Camp, 1,000+ attendee hackathon, 1,000+ attendee tech hiring mixer, and a series of workshops, open houses, drink-ups, and city-wide events across San Francisco!

  • International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE)

    Austin, TX | May 14-22, 2016

ICSE is the premier software engineering conference, providing a forum for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, experiences and concerns in the field of software engineering.
